I keep seeing this and no. Seriously no. We don’t really do the whole plus/minus thing here and you missed A* . We used to have a sort of fixed percentages system but nowadays it varies from exam board to exam board. It’s still roughly like this-
95< A*
80-90 A
70-80 B
60-70 C
50-60 D
40-50 E
<40 U (ungradable. You have failed so hard the examiner cannot be bothered to mark it. Instead they will pin your paper to the front of exam halls as a warning to others)
So yeah… It’s not all that great
